Shipping and processing are two different time frames.

Delivery times will vary based on your selected shipping method and location. If you need the item to arrive quickly, please check the estimated delivery date at checkout and upgrade your shipping method. Refunds will not be given in the event that a package is not delivered by the estimated delivery day.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that shipping and processing fees cannot be refunded. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please include photos of any damaged items.
